By booking a trip with Eagles Adventure, you agree to the following terms:
1. Code of Conduct – Any immoral behavior, drug use, or violent actions will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
2. Environmental Responsibility – Members must ensure proper disposal of waste and avoid polluting natural sites.
3. Trip Modifications & Cancellations – The host reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Safety & Responsibility – While all safety measures are taken, the company is not liable for accidents, natural disasters, or personal losses.
5. Transport Conditions – Air conditioning in vehicles may be adjusted on steep ascents to prevent overheating.
6. Changes in Itinerary – Due to weather, local conditions, or other uncontrollable factors, adjustments may be made at the discretion of the trip leaders.
7. Accommodation Policy – Twin or couple-sharing rooms will only be allotted to married couples, same-gender pairs (male/male or female/female) or siblings.
8. Cancellation Policy:
A. 50% refund if canceled 7 days before departure.
B. 30% refund if canceled 5 days before departure.
C. No refund for cancellations less than 5 days before the trip.
D. No amount will be refund if any persons leaves the trip at any stage due to any
reason.

• Hotel & guide details will be shared before departure; coordinate with your guide after that.
• Travel light – ideal luggage is 10kg + a small backpack.
• Gents: 2–3 jeans, shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick (optional).
• Ladies: 3–4 suits, jacket, joggers, shawl, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick (optional).
• Bring your own toiletries (toothpaste, face wash, etc.).
• Keep a water bottle with you throughout the journey.
• Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
• Vehicle will be turned off during stopovers – plan accordingly.
• Bring essential meds (e.g., road sickness, Panadol, Flagyl); inform us of medical conditions in advance.
• Carry enough cash – ATMs may not be available at all spots.
• Report 1 hour before departure; late arrivals may be left behind.
• No pre-reserved seats – first-come, first-served on Day 1; cooperate & respect elders.
• Maintain ethical behavior; avoid political or religious arguments.
• Hunza’s glacial water is dark due to natural silicate minerals but is 100% safe and healthy to drink.
• Expect weak/no mobile network in some areas; carry a power bank.
• Book at least a week in advance to secure your slot.
• Read and follow all T\&Cs – violations may result in removal from the trip.
• High altitudes may cause dizziness due to low oxygen. Elderly, infants & asthma patients should take necessary precautions.

From Islamabad, the per person price is Rs 42,275 on triple sharing, Rs 48,450 on twin sharing and Rs 64,125 for a solo room after the current discount, and the quad sharing price is shown in the Islamabad tab. Lahore and Karachi departures have their own price tabs. Children above 5 years pay 100% of the tour price and children below 5 years travel free of cost.
The tour is 6 Days / 5 Nights, leaving Islamabad around midnight on Day 1 and returning to Islamabad or Lahore on Day 6. Group departures are listed under Tour Dates, and private tours can be arranged on your preferred dates.
Both tours share the Skardu core of Shangrila Lake, Upper Kachura, Manthoka Waterfall and the Shigar Cold Desert and Fort. This one spends its fourth day in Basho Valley, reached by a 4×4 jeep transfer from Skardu, while the Skardu and Khaplu tour spends that day exploring Khaplu Fort.

Laundry, lunches, beverages, hi-tea and personal snacks, trekking equipment, heaters, fort, park or entrance tickets, water sports, boating, rafting or any other extra activities, extra jeep charges, and any extra expense caused by landslides or other reasons beyond human control are not included. Anything not listed under Services Included is also excluded.
You stay at North Star or Grace Continental in Chillas, United Hotel in Jaglot, Arcadian Hotel in Skardu and Besham Continental in Besham, subject to availability. Meals are breakfast with paratha, egg, channa and tea, and a dinner chosen by the guide from three menus (karahi, biryani, or Chinese).

High altitudes can cause dizziness from low oxygen, so elderly guests, infants and asthma patients should take precautions and carry their medicines. Pack a jacket, raincoat or umbrella and a power bank, because mobile network is weak in places. Basho Valley and some stops can be affected by weather or road conditions, and the itinerary may be adjusted by the trip leaders for safety.
