By booking a trip with Eagles Adventure, you agree to the following terms:
1. Code of Conduct – Any immoral behavior, drug use, or violent actions will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
2. Environmental Responsibility – Members must ensure proper disposal of waste and avoid polluting natural sites.
3. Trip Modifications & Cancellations – The host reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Safety & Responsibility – While all safety measures are taken, the company is not liable for accidents, natural disasters, or personal losses.
5. Transport Conditions – Air conditioning in vehicles may be adjusted on steep ascents to prevent overheating.
6. Changes in Itinerary – Due to weather, local conditions, or other uncontrollable factors, adjustments may be made at the discretion of the trip leaders.
7. Accommodation Policy – Twin or couple-sharing rooms will only be allotted to married couples, same-gender pairs (male/male or female/female) or siblings.
8. Cancellation Policy:
A. 50% refund if canceled 7 days before departure.
B. 30% refund if canceled 5 days before departure.
C. No refund for cancellations less than 5 days before the trip.
D. No amount will be refund if any persons leaves the trip at any stage due to any
reason.

• Hotel & guide details will be shared before departure; coordinate with your guide after that.
• Travel light – ideal luggage is 10kg + a small backpack.
• Gents: 2–3 jeans, shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick (optional).
• Ladies: 3–4 suits, jacket, joggers, shawl, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick (optional).
• Bring your own toiletries (toothpaste, face wash, etc.).
• Keep a water bottle with you throughout the journey.
• Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
• Vehicle will be turned off during stopovers – plan accordingly.
• Bring essential meds (e.g., road sickness, Panadol, Flagyl); inform us of medical conditions in advance.
• Carry enough cash – ATMs may not be available at all spots.
• Report 1 hour before departure; late arrivals may be left behind.
• No pre-reserved seats – first-come, first-served on Day 1; cooperate & respect elders.
• Maintain ethical behavior; avoid political or religious arguments.
• Hunza’s glacial water is dark due to natural silicate minerals but is 100% safe and healthy to drink.
• Expect weak/no mobile network in some areas; carry a power bank.
• Book at least a week in advance to secure your slot.
• Read and follow all T\&Cs – violations may result in removal from the trip.
• High altitudes may cause dizziness due to low oxygen. Elderly, infants & asthma patients should take necessary precautions.

Yes, it is a one-day trip with no overnight stay. The group leaves Islamabad at 6:00 AM, and guests from Lahore depart earlier (around 12:30 AM) to join. Trek dates are listed under Tour Dates, and private groups can pick their own date.
The hike is rated easy. It follows the Mushkpuri Pipeline Trek and takes approximately 2 hours to reach Mushkpuri Top, then you hike back towards Donga Gali. Wear comfortable trekking shoes, carry a water bottle and keep your luggage light.

A lunch is served after the descent, with a choice of Chicken Karahi with daal mash or vegetables, roti or naan, raita and salad, or Chicken Biryani with raita and salad, both with a cold drink and mineral water. The guide selects the menu for the day.
