By booking a trip with Eagles Adventure, you agree to the following terms:
1. Code of Conduct โ Any immoral behavior, drug use, or violent actions will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
2. Environmental Responsibility โ Members must ensure proper disposal of waste and avoid polluting natural sites.
3. Trip Modifications & Cancellations โ The host reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Safety & Responsibility โ While all safety measures are taken, the company is not liable for accidents, natural disasters, or personal losses.
5. Transport Conditions โ Air conditioning in vehicles may be adjusted on steep ascents to prevent overheating.
6. Changes in Itinerary โ Due to weather, local conditions, or other uncontrollable factors, adjustments may be made at the discretion of the trip leaders.
7. Accommodation Policy โ Twin or couple-sharing rooms will only be allotted to married couples, same-gender pairs (male/male or female/female) or siblings.
