You can come from any city of Pakistan to Islamabad and join our trip since Islamabad is our base station.

Yes! We offer train/ bus/ air tickets for participants upon the client’s request. Also, we do not charge any commission on tickets.

Our group size varies from 12-21 persons in one vehicle. 

Private Tours: The lumpsum package price quoted is already inclusive of the kid’s charges.
Fixed departure tours: Below 5 years – Free. Above 5 Years – Full Charges.

Group Tours
– 50% Refund if Cancellation 7 Days before the trip starts.
– 30% Refund if Cancellation 5 Days before the trip starts.
– 0% Refund if Cancellation is Less than 5 Days before the trip starts.

Private/ Customized Tours:
Hotel:
– As per hotel corporate policy.
(Some hotels don’t provide cash refunds and allow adjustment of the booking within the same calendar year)

Transport:
– Before 1 week: 100% refund to be made.

– Between 1 week and 24 hours: 90% refund to be made.

– Within 24 hours: 80% refund to be made.

Service Charges – Cash Refund:
In any sort of cancelation, 10% of the total package price will be deducted as Eventica’s service charges.

Terms & Conditions

GROUP/FIXED DEPARTURE TOURS

  • The minimum number of participants required to operate a trip is 10–12 persons.

  • In case a trip is canceled due to low registration, customers will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer to the next trip.

  • Hotel accommodation is subject to availability, especially during peak seasons.

  • Room sharing is allowed for:

    • Married couples

    • Family members

    • Two males

    • Two females

  • Environmental care is mandatory. Any damage or pollution may result in penalties.

  • Participants must follow the instructions of the team leader at all times.

  • Ethical behavior is expected throughout the trip.

  • Members must report at least one hour before departure. The vehicle will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after departure time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

  • Eagles Adventure reserves the right to cancel a participant’s trip in case of misconduct.

  • Eagles Adventure is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of valuables.

  • No refunds will be issued if a participant leaves the trip midway.

  • No refunds will be made due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or vehicle malfunction.

  • Personal weapons, illegal substances, and drugs are strictly prohibited.

  • Rooms may be provided on quad (4-person) sharing basis, including mattress where applicable.

  • Entry tickets for forts, parks, and sightseeing locations are not included unless specified.

  • Transport tickets (bus, air, train) are subject to availability and will only be confirmed after payment.

  • Prices are based on current fuel rates. Any increase may affect package pricing.

  • Eagles Adventure reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

PRIVATE/CUSTOMIZED Tours

  • All prices are net and exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Triple or quad sharing accommodations may include mattresses.

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before departure.

  • Full payment must be completed before the tour begins.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or cheque.

  • Any major fuel price increase may result in revised tour cost.

  • All participants must carry original CNIC, Passport, and Visa (for foreign nationals).

  • Eagles Adventure is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

Refund policy

PRIVATE/CUSTOMIZED Tours

Service Charges

  • 10% deduction on cash refunds.

  • 5% deduction for adjustment within 3 months.

  • Service charges are in addition to hotel and transport cancellation charges.

Hotel Refund Policy

  • Before 2 weeks: 100% refund

  • Before 1 week: 75% refund

  • Between 1 week & 24 hours: 60% refund

  • Within 24 hours (due to flight cancellation/road block): 60% refund or adjustment within same year

Note: Some hotels may only allow adjustment instead of refunds.

Transport Refund Policy

  • Before 1 week: 100% refund

  • Between 1 week & 24 hours: 1-day car rent charged

  • Within 24 hours: Minimum 2 days’ car rent charged

No refunds for unused services during the trip.

GROUP/FIXED DEPARTURE TOURS

  • 90% refund: 15 days before departure

  • 50% refund: 7–14 days before departure

  • 25% refund: 5 days before departure

  • 0% refund: Less than 5 days before departure

Advance payment is considered full payment for refund calculations.

No refunds for unused services.

Traveler's Instructions

For the members who booked a trip

All participants must follow these instructions:

  1. Carry original CNIC/Passport. Married couples must carry Nikahnama or updated CNIC for separate rooms.

  2. Travel light. Recommended luggage weight: 10 kg.

  3. Carry thermals for cold weather (optional).

  4. Gentlemen: Bring essential clothing including jeans, shirts, jacket, and joggers.

  5. Ladies: Bring suits, warm footwear, and shawl.

  6. Bring personal toiletries.

  7. Keep a water bottle at all times.

  8. Carry rain protection (umbrella/raincoat).

  9. Read and follow all rules carefully.

  10. Maintain punctuality to avoid missing sightseeing spots.

  11. Travel responsibly and respect fellow travelers and locals.

    • Cancel or modify tours

    • Change itineraries

    • Update prices

    • Revise terms and conditions
      at any time without prior notice.
