By booking a trip with Eagles Adventure, you agree to the following terms:
1. Code of Conduct – Any immoral behavior, drug use, or violent actions will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
2. Environmental Responsibility – Members must ensure proper disposal of waste and avoid polluting natural sites.
3. Trip Modifications & Cancellations – The host reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Safety & Responsibility – While all safety measures are taken, the company is not liable for accidents, natural disasters, or personal losses.
5. Transport Conditions – Air conditioning in vehicles may be adjusted on steep ascents to prevent overheating.
6. Changes in Itinerary – Due to weather, local conditions, or other uncontrollable factors, adjustments may be made at the discretion of the trip leaders.
7. Accommodation Policy – Twin or couple-sharing rooms will only be allotted to married couples, same-gender pairs (male/male or female/female) or siblings.
8. Cancellation Policy:
A. 50% refund if canceled 7 days before departure.
B. 30% refund if canceled 5 days before departure.
C. No refund for cancellations less than 5 days before the trip.
D. No amount will be refund if any persons leaves the trip at any stage due to any
reason.

• Hotel & guide details will be shared before departure; coordinate with your guide after that.
• Travel light – ideal luggage is 10kg + a small backpack.
• Gents: 2–3 jeans, shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick (optional).
• Ladies: 3–4 suits, jacket, joggers, shawl, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick (optional).
• Bring your own toiletries (toothpaste, face wash, etc.).
• Keep a water bottle with you throughout the journey.
• Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
• Vehicle will be turned off during stopovers – plan accordingly.
• Bring essential meds (e.g., road sickness, Panadol, Flagyl); inform us of medical conditions in advance.
• Carry enough cash – ATMs may not be available at all spots.
• Report 1 hour before departure; late arrivals may be left behind.
• No pre-reserved seats – first-come, first-served on Day 1; cooperate & respect elders.
• Maintain ethical behavior; avoid political or religious arguments.
• Hunza’s glacial water is dark due to natural silicate minerals but is 100% safe and healthy to drink.
• Expect weak/no mobile network in some areas; carry a power bank.
• Book at least a week in advance to secure your slot.
• Read and follow all T\&Cs – violations may result in removal from the trip.
• High altitudes may cause dizziness due to low oxygen. Elderly, infants & asthma patients should take necessary precautions.

From Islamabad, the per person price is Rs 20,500 on quad sharing, Rs 22,500 on triple sharing, Rs 24,500 on twin sharing and Rs 33,500 for a solo room. Lahore departures start at Rs 24,500 and Karachi departures at Rs 30,500 on quad sharing, with full prices in their tabs. Children above 5 years pay 100% of the tour price and children below 5 years travel free of cost.
The tour is 3 Days / 2 Nights. You travel from Islamabad on Day 1, spend Day 2 at Kel and Arang Kel, and return to Islamabad or Lahore on Day 3. Group dates are listed under Tour Dates, and private tours can be arranged on your own dates.
You stay at Keran or Sharda in the Neelum Valley. On Day 2 a 4×4 jeep takes you to Kel, followed by a short hike of about 30 minutes to Arang Kel. The destinations on this tour include Kutton Waterfall, Dhani Waterfall, Muzaffarabad and the LOC viewpoint, plus the Kel to Arang Kel chairlift.

Hotels are Sukoon Ghar in Keran and Shangrilla in Sharda, subject to availability. Breakfast is paratha, egg, channa and tea, and dinner is one of three menus (karahi, biryani or Chinese) chosen by the guide each day.

The hike is short, about 30 minutes after the 4×4 jeep ride to Kel, so it suits most fitness levels. Wear comfortable shoes, carry a jacket and a water bottle, and expect weak or no mobile network in some areas, so bring a power bank and enough cash.
