By booking a trip with Eagles Adventure, you agree to the following terms:
1. Code of Conduct – Any immoral behavior, drug use, or violent actions will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
2. Environmental Responsibility – Members must ensure proper disposal of waste and avoid polluting natural sites.
3. Trip Modifications & Cancellations – The host reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Safety & Responsibility – While all safety measures are taken, the company is not liable for accidents, natural disasters, or personal losses.
5. Transport Conditions – Air conditioning in vehicles may be adjusted on steep ascents to prevent overheating.
6. Changes in Itinerary – Due to weather, local conditions, or other uncontrollable factors, adjustments may be made at the discretion of the trip leaders.
7. Accommodation Policy – Twin or couple-sharing rooms will only be allotted to married couples, same-gender pairs (male/male or female/female) or siblings.
8. Cancellation Policy:
A. 50% refund if canceled 7 days before departure.
B. 30% refund if canceled 5 days before departure.
C. No refund for cancellations less than 5 days before the trip.
D. No amount will be refund if any persons leaves the trip at any stage due to any
reason.

• Hotel & guide details will be shared before departure; coordinate with your guide after that.
• Travel light – ideal luggage is 10kg + a small backpack.
• Gents: 2–3 jeans, shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick (optional).
• Ladies: 3–4 suits, jacket, joggers, shawl, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick (optional).
• Bring your own toiletries (toothpaste, face wash, etc.).
• Keep a water bottle with you throughout the journey.
• Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
• Vehicle will be turned off during stopovers – plan accordingly.
• Bring essential meds (e.g., road sickness, Panadol, Flagyl); inform us of medical conditions in advance.
• Carry enough cash – ATMs may not be available at all spots.
• Report 1 hour before departure; late arrivals may be left behind.
• No pre-reserved seats – first-come, first-served on Day 1; cooperate & respect elders.
• Maintain ethical behavior; avoid political or religious arguments.
• Hunza’s glacial water is dark due to natural silicate minerals but is 100% safe and healthy to drink.
• Expect weak/no mobile network in some areas; carry a power bank.
• Book at least a week in advance to secure your slot.
• Read and follow all T\&Cs – violations may result in removal from the trip.
• High altitudes may cause dizziness due to low oxygen. Elderly, infants & asthma patients should take necessary precautions.

From Islamabad, the per person price after the current 5% discount is Rs 39,425 on quad sharing (listed Rs 41,500), Rs 42,275 on triple sharing, Rs 48,450 on twin sharing and Rs 64,125 for a solo room. Lahore and Karachi departures have their own price tabs. Children above 5 years pay 100% of the tour price and children below 5 years travel free of cost.
The tour is 6 Days / 5 Nights. Group departure dates are listed under Tour Dates, guests from other cities depart earlier according to their city schedule, and private departures can be arranged for your own group.
You travel via Chillas and Jaglot to Hunza, where you see Altit and Baltit Fort and views of the 3 Mountain ranges. The next day covers Attabad Lake, Passu Village and the Khunjerab Pass (if accessible). A 4×4 jeep ride then takes you to Naltar Valley, and on the way back you pass Nomal before returning to Islamabad or Lahore.
Not always. The Khunjerab Pass visit is marked as if accessible in the itinerary because road and weather conditions can close it. Trip leaders may adjust the plan for safety, and any extra cost caused by landslides or road closures is not covered by the tour price.

Hotels are Qayam Hunza in Hunza, United Hotel in Jaglot and North Star or Grace Continental in Chillas, subject to availability. Breakfast is paratha, egg, channa and tea, and dinner is one of three menus chosen by the guide each day.
